Fashion changes all the time. Everyone is on social media, and fashion trends change faster now than ever! With each new trend and season fashion changes significantly. Are there any timeless fashion staples that have endured all of this? Especially in the social media era?

Yes, one fashion staple that I feel is a timeless one is the black dress. The LBD or little black dress is something that I always have in my closet. I feel like the LBD is one of the most versatile clothing items you can own. There are endless possibilities with the LBD. Below are some some ideas on how to wear the LBD by season.

Summer, try out a short little black dress with some neon accessories. Neon purple heels, and statement necklace to match. You can make it a whole mood. Possibly throw in a bag or clutch to match the mood. Maybe a statement bracelet or earrings to match the necklace. I personally would do either or, but the more unique to you the outfit is the more confident you will feel and the better it will look. This can easily be worn meeting up for a drink with friends.

Fall, a knee length black dress with some heeled booties and a light jacket is cute look. Add your go to necklace and earrings for a confidence boost. By mixing in a pop of fall colors with a belt or sash is a nice way to personalize this look. This look can easily be worn to brunch, shopping, or a date night.

Winter, a black, long sleeve sweater dress with knee high boots and tights with designs in them, and a scarf is a nice look. If it is extremely cold, can always add a long coat, and gloves. The tights do not have to have designs in them, I just like adding them for a touch of uniqueness. Again, the more you make an outfit your own the more confident you will feel and the better it will look on you. Wearing this look you are ready for dinner with friends or family.

Spring, a short, spaghetti strap, little black dress with a pair of wedges and a shrug. You can change the color of the shrug depending on the aesthetic you are going for. Wearing a small, classic neckless and bracelet is a great way to class it up. This is great for a day date or lunch with friends.

Of course, there are endless options to how you can wear the LBD. These are just a few things I like to do.
